What are Citing Cases?
Citing cases displays a list of all the cases which have subsequently referred to the case you are looking at in their judgements. By default, these are sorted together by nature of treatment, and will always display the negative treatments first, so you know if a subsequent ruling has weakened the authority of your case.
JustisOne uses a traffic light system, which will highlight cases treated positively in green, neutrally in orange, and negatively in red. We go into more detail on this page, by detailing the exact nature of the particular treatment.
