Our IP recognition is not working
If your office should be IP recognised, and you are connecting to JustisOne from the office location and IP recognition is not working, a few things could be preventing access:
- Your office IP address may have changed, so we have an out-of-date IP address. Have any IT changes been made recently?
- You may be using a proxy hiding the address, so we cannot verify where you are. Can you check this with your IT team??
- Your subscription may have expired. Are you still a subscriber?
- We may be having technical difficulties in providing IP functionality. Is JustisOne offline?
IP recognition issues can be difficult to diagnose. If it is not working, please check your IP address and contact our support team so that we can provide a solution.
