Cases Outside of Jurisdiction Settings

Why are my results not what I expected?

Any search that you make on JustisOne is restricted by your jurisdiction settings, therefore you must ensure that the correct jurisdiction is selected within your settings, as any results that do not fall under the jurisdiction that you have preselected will not be returned. 

You can change your jurisdiction settings at any point using the ‘Settings’ option in the left-hand menu, followed by ‘Jurisdictions’, then select those that you are interested in.

If you have partially selected a specific jurisdiction (by selecting the arrow on the right hand side), then this will save for the remainder of the session (or until further notice if you are signed into a personal account). If you are missing cases/legislation from your result that you think should be included in your search, double check that the jurisdiction is fully selected.
